Custom AC adapters
Its going to be a long hot summer! If you've just gotten your A/C unit only to find out that the adapter doesn't work for the window what can you do? You know plywood or cardboard is out of the question (and against the Strata bylaws). Your solution? We have over 30 shapes in our system and we almost certainly have yours.
Get a custom fit A/C window insert for whatever size and shape of window you have. Just bring us the dimensions, where the vent should be placed, and the fitting and we'll take care of the rest. Pricing varies from as low as $40 with an average in the 80-130 range depending on the size. We always quote before we start and we can do that via email as well.
Unfortunately we cannot measure your and install these for you. What we need is the size you would like, the hole adapters (like in the photo) and some pictures of the window (if you need some ideas on attaching them).
Common ways to attach it are clips, making it the same size as the screen, weather stripping on the edges to make it squeeze into place, double sided tape, etc. We can make notches for cranks, long ones for patio doors and lots of other styles. We also do pet doors (or both in one).
